EAP can be part of a Wellbalance Wellbeing Program, or utilised as a stand alone service to your organistion.  Face to face or phone appointments are scheduled and prioritised according to the level of risk and urgency involved.

Psychological Risk assessment

As an employer you have an obligation to provide a safe environment for your employees.  The Occupational Health & Safety Act outlines reasonable actions that organisations must take in order to prevent injury, risk of injury or the exacerbation of an employee's health condition.  Wellbalance can assist you to complete a psycho-social assessment, determine risk issues, meet your obligations AND minimise your workcover claims.
